Leigh M. Knapp is Director of Finance and Operations at the University of Georgia’s Office of Global Engagement, where she oversees the financial, operational, and human resource functions supporting OGE’s global programs, including study abroad, international centers, immigration services, and international initiatives. She brings more than 30 years of experience in finance, operations, human resources, and organizational leadership across higher education and nonprofit organizations. Since joining OGE in 2016, she has served in progressively expanded leadership roles. She previously served as Campus Director of Finance and Operations for the AU/UGA Medical Partnership, where she directed budgeting, human resources, business operations, and administrative services. Knapp holds an MBA from Georgia Southern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Salem College.
