Ashley Johnson is Director of Immigration Services at the University of Georgia’s Office of Global Engagement, where she leads a team delivering comprehensive immigration support for UGA’s international students, scholars, faculty, and staff. She oversees institutional compliance across F-1, J-1, H-1B, O-1, TN, and permanent residency processes, manages regulatory interpretation and campus-wide guidance, and directs strategic communications, training, and operational planning. With more than 16 years of experience in international education and immigration services, she has held progressive roles within OGE spanning advising, compliance management, team leadership, and campus partnership development. Johnson holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Georgia Southern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences with a minor in Sociology from Faulkner University.
